Strawberry coulis

Ingredients
1 cup of water
1 cup of sugar
1 tbsp of corn starch
2 cup of strawberries

Preparation
Mix the water and sugar together, bring to a boil, thicken slightly with the corn starch. Remove from heat and add the strawberries. Puree with a blender and refrigerate to cool. Pass through a sieve for a seed-free, bright red coulis.
