Kraft Peanut Butter Balls

  • 2 Cups Kraft Smooth or Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 2 Cups Rolled Oats 2 Cups Puffed Rice “Rice Crispies”
  • ½ Cup Honey
  • ½ Cup Ground Flax Seeds
  • ½ Cup Chia Seeds
  • ½ Cup Hemp Hearts

 

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients together in a large bowl and thoroughly mix for 2 to 3 minutes until  it is evenly combined
  2. Refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes to slightly harden mixture to allow for easy rolling
  3. Roll into desired balls and roll by hand “Chef’s Tip: Oil your hands slightly to prevent mixture from sticking to your hands.”
  4. Place into the fridge and consume within 5 to 7 days or freeze them for several months. Pull directly from freezer and thaw. Ready to eat within 10 to 15 minutes.

 

Optional Ingredients:

 

Add up to 1 cup of your favorite additional ingredients such as …

  • Chocolate Chips
  • Dried Fruits “Craisins, Raisins, Goji Berries etc.”
  • Crushed Nuts “Pecans, Almonds, Peanuts”
  • Shredded Coconut

 

Chef Tip:  For some creative Peanut Butter Balls dip in white or dark chocolate or even roll in crushed peanuts or toasted coconut.
