(68 ml) fleur de sel<\/li>\n<li>\u2022\t1 cup (250 ml) powdered milk<\/li>\n<li>\u2022\t\u00be cup (190 ml) brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>\u2022\t1\u00bd cups (375 ml) semi-sweet chocolate chips<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Directions<\/h2>\n<p>Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl. In a pot, add 2 tbsp. (30 ml) of the mixture and a few drops of vanilla extract for every cup of water. Whisk well. Gently warm on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
