With the opening of a 10th restaurant in B.C., Cora is taking another step in a nationwide expansion.

Behind every opening is a cherished tradition: founder Cora Tsouflidou cracks the eggs to make the first omelette. This simple, symbolic moment marks a new beginning. A proud reminder, that no matter the size of our network, every restaurant starts in the kitchen with a human gesture.

With more than 125 restaurants across the country, our mission remains the same: to serve generous breakfasts and lunches filled with freshness and flavour, in a warm, atmosphere that makes every guest feel at home.

With every new location, we just don’t open our doors; we’re setting a new table to welcome the entire community.
