Two poached eggs on an English muffin with butternut squash purée, arugula, homemade salsa verde, goat cheese, turkey sausage slices, hollandaise sauce and fried onions. Served with an arrangement of fresh fruit and regular potatoes or our sweet ’n savoury duo.
