We continue to expand with the opening of two new restaurants: one in downtown Edmonton, Alberta, and the other in Surrey, British Columbia.

In Edmonton, a new restaurant has welcomed guests with a warm hello, further strengthening Cora’s well-established presence in the province. As with every major opening, founder Cora Tsouflidou was on hand to celebrate the occasion, surrounded by dignitaries, guests and local partners. She carried out a well-known tradition: the cracking of eggs to make the first omelette—a symbolic moment that officially marks the moment the restaurant officially comes to life.
These two openings are part of Cora’s ongoing expansion across Canada, with the total currently standing at 130 restaurants in operation. 130 restaurants en activité.
