What You’ll Do:
📣 Provide marketing consulting services to franchisees
🗓️ Develop annual marketing plans for each restaurant, as needed
📍 Design and execute localized advertising plans tailored to each market
📊 Conduct market analyses and assess the performance of marketing initiatives
📈 Perform data analysis to support strategic decisions
✅ Approve local and regional marketing activities from franchisees
🖼️ Coordinate the creation and production of communication materials at the local level
🚀 Plan and lead marketing activities for new restaurant openings
🤝 Actively participate in weekly marketing team meetings
🔒 Ensure compliance with brand standards, logo and trademarks across all franchise advertising
📦 Coordinate with internal and external suppliers (graphic designers, printers, media partners, etc.)
💰 Manage and monitor local marketing budgets
🕵️ Conduct competitive intelligence to identify market trends and best practices
🏪 Visit restaurants to provide on-site support to franchisees
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
✅ 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
✅ Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written (due to national scope)
✅ Strategic mindset, attention to detail, autonomy, and leadership
✅ Experience in franchising or the restaurant industry (an asset)
