POSITION SUMMARY:
The Coach Consultant provides training to new franchisees and their employees as per identified mandates or during the opening or transfer or renewal process of restaurants for a dedicated region in management, cooking, customer service and fruits. Depending of his or her level of knowledge acquired and his mandates, he or she must help the franchisees in the restaurant profitability while respecting the norms and standards of the company in terms of Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Human Resources (training). All this in a naturally helpful setting.

- Determines, plans and provides staff training needs in restaurants, management and cost management to franchisees or managers based on the knowledge gained and following mandates identified by auditors or related to operational programs (SKIP, table payment, etc.);
- Provides a training report for each training given and monitors it;
- Advises the franchisee on government standards, hygiene and cleanliness, health and safety and Cora procedures.
- Participates in the development of a personalized action plan or in planning workshops with franchisees based on the needs and knowledge gained.
- Participates actively or as team leader in openings, transfers, renovations or renewals;
- Performs Store assessments within a sale’s process.
- Could participate in the improvement and the update of all training plans up to the complete development of training manuals and make the appropriate corrections of work tools for the network;
- Organizes regional conference calls for launches;
- Could be asked to manage an annual calibration for Coaches & Managers;
- Provides support to the R & D department in the testing of equipment and staff training in restaurants for new products;
- Participates in the filming of videos and training capsules;
- Collaborates with marketing on r different projects.
EDUCATION:
- DES minimum or DEP in restaurant business.
- Finance or management diploma, an asset.
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a related position or holding different positions and ideally have managed restaurants
Specific knowledge and skills:
- French and English, spoken and written
- Knowledge of Office Suite (planner)
