In Brief
The role involves training franchisees and their employees according to identified mandates or during restaurant openings, transfers, or renewals for a dedicated region. Training covers management, culinary, customer service, and fruit preparation. Depending on the level of expertise and assigned mandates, the person in this role must assist franchisees in improving their restaurant profitability while ensuring adherence to the company’s standards in Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Human Resources (training). All of this is done within a naturally supportive environment.
Details
Identify, plan, and deliver staff training needs in restaurant operations, management, and cost control to franchisees or managers, based on acquired knowledge related to operational programs (delivery, table payments, etc.);
Produce a training report for each session and ensure follow-up;
Advise franchisees on government standards, hygiene and sanitation, health and safety, and Cora procedures;
Contribute to developing personalized action plans, KPIs, and workshop planning with franchisees according to needs and acquired knowledge;
Actively participate or lead as a team in restaurant openings, transfers, renovations, or renewals;
Conduct restaurant evaluations for sales purposes, based on acquired knowledge;
May participate in improving, fully developing, and updating training plans and manuals, as well as correcting certain operational tools for the network;
Participate in regional conference calls for launches;
May be responsible for annual calibration of coaches and managers;
Provide support to the R&D department regarding equipment testing;
May take part in the production of training videos and clips;
Collaborate with marketing on various projects;

Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma or vocational diploma in restaurant management;
Degree in Finance and Management is an asset;
2–3 years of experience in a related role or experience in various restaurant positions, ideally in management or service management;
Available to work one weekend out of four;
Available to travel for restaurant openings across the country for approximately 21 consecutive days.
Specific Knowledge and Skills:
Fluent in French and English, comfortable giving training regularly in both languages;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Planner, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).

Ideally, we are looking for someone based on the South Shore of Montreal.
