What You’ll Do:
Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the incumbent acts as a key support to the national team of Operations Coaches. He/she ensures the efficient management and flow of information, data compilation and analysis, as well as the updating of operational tools and documents. The role also contributes to the logistical organization of franchisee meetings and various committees, while leveraging digital technologies and tools to optimize processes and improve departmental efficiency.
Some of the Responsibilities
Customer Feedback Management: route and analyze reports, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
Support to Operations Coaches: provide administrative and digital support, ensure document and evaluation follow-ups, produce reports, and propose technological solutions.
Reports and Compliance: manage regulatory follow-ups (MAPAQ), create and analyze dashboards.
Documents and Internal Communication: draft and format tools, training materials, and internal communications; ensure the visual quality of presentations.
Organization and Logistics: coordinate meetings (agendas, minutes, logistics), support virtual technology, and manage various administrative projects.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement: contribute to the implementation and optimization of digital tools and propose solutions to increase process efficiency.
