Blueberry and Oatmeal Muffin Mix

Just good suff!

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Sugars (sugar, agave syrup), Oat flakes, Oat bran, Dehydrated blueberries, Baking powder, Sodium bicarbonate, Salt, Natural flavour. Contains: Wheat, Oat.

Availability: Find this product near the baking section of your favourite store.

Preparation:
  1. With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line 12 muffin cups with paper or silicone liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the milk, vegetable oil and eggs. Add the muffin mix and stir until the batter is just moistened. Divide the batter among the muffin cups.
  3. Bake for about 18 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of a muffin comes out clean. Let cool on a wire rack.

CAUTION: Do not consume raw batter.
