
Chocolate chip and Oatmeal Muffin Mix

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Sugar, Oat flakes, Chocolate chips (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, natural flavour), Wheat germ, Modified corn starch, Baking powder, Sodium bicarbonate, Salt, Natural flavour. Contains: Wheat, Oat, Soy.

Preparation:
- With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line 12 muffin cups with paper or silicone liners.
- Dans un bol, fouetter ensemble le lait, l’huile végétale et les oeufs. Ajouter le mélange à muffins et mélanger jusqu’à ce que la pâte soit tout juste humectée. Répartir la pâte dans les caissettes.
- Bake for about 18 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of a muffin comes out clean. Let cool on a wire rack.
CAUTION: Do not consume raw batter.
