In telework or on the road, he or she is responsible for the development of Cora's highly successful franchise network throughout the country. The Director Franchise Recruitment must be highly motivated and able to realize the market's fullest potential.

Reporting to VP, growth strategy and legal affairs, he or she will have to:
- Generate leads ;
- Use up-to-date tools for lead generations ;
- Participate actively to franchise shows;
- Manage the recruiting and the interview process;
- Participate in the development of strategic franchise expansion objectives;
- Assist in the development plan for franchise expansion and benchmarks;
- Develop and control development budgets;
- Research, identify and qualify new franchisee prospects and sites;
- Manage and work with real estate Manager and prospective franchisees in site selection, lease procedures and lease negotiations;
- Remain implicated in the construction of new establishments and/or
renovations of existing locations and ensure that the Cora standards are
upheld;
- Maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly progress reports;
- May be required to contribute to other expansion projects;
- Any other related tasks.
Great to have :
- Minimum 10 years of experience in franchise network development;
- Proven track record in recruitment of restaurant franchise;
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA an asset)
